Would you like to rent a studio for a period of less than a year? Contact us specifying the dates of your stay, as well as the name of the school which will welcome you to Montpellier, and we will send you an adapted price proposal, depending on the desired rental period and the school attended.
The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. It will be cashed (for stays of more than 3 months) following receipt of your file. It will then be returned to you within one month after the end of the rental agreement, signed by you.
The administrative costs for our studios are €260 (from 4 to 12 months). The security deposit, an amount equivalent to 1 month's rent, will be returned to the resident of the OBSERVATORY at the end of his rental contract, within 1 month of his departure, provided that no damage was found in the accommodation.
The amount of the rent is payable monthly on the 5th of each month by direct debit or automatic monthly transfer.
