Founded in 2009 under the name Beelodge Sogerely, our company specialises in the management of serviced student residences, with around 1,500 units in 13 residences to its credit between 2012 and 2014.

Every year, the residence welcomes French and foreign students who come to Montpellier for higher education, work placements or training courses. Its ideal location in Montpellier city centre means that students can easily get to their various places of study and enjoy the cultural and sporting life of a young, dynamic city.
The Paul Claudel student residence is right in the centre of Bourg-en-Bresse, close to the IUT Lyon 1, the CEUBA, the Institut de formation en soins infirmiers, the Ecole Supérieure De Commerce Et D'industrie de l'Ain, the IUFM and the Marie-Claude Dumonceau beauty and hairdressing school. Ideally located in the heart of the town, with excellent public transport links and a wide range of shops nearby.
The residence is located in the heart of the Blois railway station district, close to the IUT and INSA, and has 94 furnished studio flats, from 17m² upwards. Residents can take advantage of a coworking space and a relaxation area in our adjacent BEELODGE hotel.
